Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Norwegian speaking Support Agent in the Film Industry to join our team in Chania. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers comprehensive training. As a Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients. Your daily duties will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This role may be performed remotely from Greece, contingent upon the specifics of the position.
