• Develop and mentor our teams across all departments, creating an environment that supports growth and high performance.
• Uphold our high standards for food safety and quality, ensuring all operations align with health and safety regulations.
• Represent our company at industry events and stay updated on the latest trends in the food and restaurant sector.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• You bring at least 8 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or similar role.
• You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations.
• You are proficient in using modern management tools and software, including POS systems and MS Office.
• Your problem-solving skills are matched by your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality fresh food.
