Pricing Analyst ()

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded Group of Companies operating in the Logistics, Shipping & Supply Chain Management sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Pricing Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Pricing Analyst you will follow our client’s company’s pricing models and strategies that take into account factors such as market conditions, competition, and customer demand while working closely with the sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and develop relevant pricing proposals. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2 – 4 years of experience in a pricing role in the transportation and logistics industry, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data and identify trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience, including a 13th salary and Provident Fund.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Follow company’s pricing models and strategies that take into account factors such as market conditions, competition, and customer demand.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and develop pricing proposals.
• Monitors requests to assure quotations are completed timely, professionally, and in a sales-ready format.
• Be fully prepared to field related questions, and to educate customer accordingly.
• Monitor pricing performance and adjust pricing strategies as needed to remain competitive.
• Ensure that all foreign agent requests are quoted and handled with sense of urgency in specific timeframe.
• Will serve as a liaison with external customers on occasion.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure that pricing information is accurate and up to date.

Key Skills/Experience:  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a pricing role in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify trends.
• Well organized.
• Multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to perform under pressure.

• Fluent in English & Greek in both verbal and writing.
