Job Description: As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Take full ownership of sourcing and sales activities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for middle to senior-level positions
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure availability and commitment
• Actively participate in recruitment and career events

• Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who possess:

• University degree in Business/Economics/Social Sciences or related field
• Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a strong asset
• At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar position, either in Talent Acquisition or in the consulting sector
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment project
• Experience in client-facing or account management roles is a strong asset
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer centricity with ability to liase with C-level stakeholders
• Target – oriented with advanced organisational skills
