‍Remote Customer Experience Associate with Dutch (FULLY REMOTE)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service via telephone and email
• Inform clients about the conditions surrounding product usage
• Navigate the customers with inquiries about the website and its usages (registering, logging in, data change)
• Resolve issues around orders and payments.
