Role Description:

We are seeking a professional, dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service. This is a remote position based in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information. Daily duties include responding to customer emails, live chats, and phone calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Utilizing your excellent communication skills, you will solve customer issues efficiently, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure that our company’s high standard of customer service is upheld.

• Experience in a customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and handle complaints
