Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Exciting Opportunity for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives!

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping users navigate their queries and providing top-notch support. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Documenting interactions and updating customer records.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • No prior experience needed – we provide full training!
