Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Join Us as a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Remote - Fashion Industry

Role Description

Are you ready to kick-start your career in customer service? As a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking), you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on! Your daily duties will include handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home in sunny Greece. Plus, with our fully paid training, you'll be equipped with everything you need to succeed, even if you have no prior experience!

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Basic English skills to follow training and communicate internally.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
