Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Hey there, aspiring Customer Service Representative!

Are you a German speaker looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity? Look no further! At Patrique Mercier Recruitment, we have an amazing position for you as a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Rent-a-Car, right here in beautiful Athens, Greece. And the best part? About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they need assistance with their rental cars. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing information about rental car services.
  • Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Resolving any issues or concerns customers may have.
  • Ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Good command of English.
