Role Description

As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, answering queries and providing top-notch service to our global customers. You'll handle all sorts of customer interactions - from guiding a user through a complex process to turning our upset customers into raving fans. This is a remote (work from home) position based in vibrant Athens, so you'll be helping our customers from the comfort of your own home!

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid European Union passport
• No experience needed (we'll train you up!)
