Role Description

As a Czech Customer Service Advocate for JTI, your principal role will be providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This position is remote, meaning you can comfortably work from home in Athens.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer and related software
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively
• Valid European Union passport
• No previous experience required as full training will be provided
