We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Czech & English Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position based in Athens, and you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele in the aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, and energy sectors.
In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your daily duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with documenting customer interactions and working closely with our team to improve our overall service delivery.
