Job Description - Czech Speaking Customer Service Advocates for JTI

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Advocates to join our team at JTI, remotely from Athens. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience as we provide a comprehensive training to ensure you're fully equipped for the job. Your main role would be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients from various sectors including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, and energy.

  • Fluency in Czech language
  • Valid European Union passport or equivalent
