Job Description - DANISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE FOR ZALANDO

Role Description

We're currently seeking a Danish Customer Support Representative for Zalando to join our team remotely from Athens. In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with any queries, issues or feedback they may have. Your daily duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer information and recording all interactions accurately.

Requirements

  • A valid European Union passport
  • Fluency in Danish
