Role Description

As our Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for Canon's Danish customers. You'll be answering their queries, solving their problems, and leaving them with a smile. A typical day might involve helping a customer choose the perfect camera, troubleshooting a printer issue, or simply answering questions about Canon's products. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, but always rewarding.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Canon products is a bonus!
