Job Description - Danish speaking customer service specialist for Samsung

Hej, fantastiske mennesker! We're on the hunt for a Danish speaking customer service specialist to join our Samsung family. If you're a tech enthusiast, love helping people, and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Role Description

As a Danish speaking customer service specialist, you'll be the frontline hero for our customers, answering their queries and solving their problems. The role involves helping our customers over the phone, email, or chat, providing product information, and troubleshooting any issues they may have. The best part? You can do all of this from the comfort of your own home, as this is a remote job!

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
