Role Description

As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent for Audi, you'll be the first point of contact for Audi customers. Your daily duties will include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about Audi products, and resolving customer issues. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up to ensure resolution. With fully paid training, we'll equip you with all the knowledge you need to succeed!

Requirements

• Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
