Role Description

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for Miele, your main responsibility will be to assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide support. Key tasks include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate information about Miele products, warranties, and services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
