As a Dutch speaking customer service specialist for Mercedes, your daily duty will be to provide top-notch customer service to our Dutch speaking clients. You'll be attending to customer queries, handling complaints, and providing information about our products and services. But don't worry, it’s not just about answering calls. You'll also be analyzing customer needs and helping them find the best Mercedes to fit their lifestyle. When you are not helping customers, you'll be working on improving our customer service strategies and procedures.
