Job Description - Dutch speaking technical support agent for Mercedes

Hey there! We're on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent for Mercedes. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of an industry leader in the Customer Service sector. Role Description

As a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent for Mercedes, you will be the front-line support for our Dutch-speaking customers. You'll be troubleshooting, solving technical issues and providing stellar customer service to our clients. Daily duties will include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. You'll be working closely with our tech team, helping them understand customer issues and coming up with solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
