As a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent for Mercedes, you will be the front-line support for our Dutch-speaking customers. You'll be troubleshooting, solving technical issues and providing stellar customer service to our clients. Daily duties will include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. You'll be working closely with our tech team, helping them understand customer issues and coming up with solutions.
