Dutch speaking technical support agent for Microsoft

Role Description

We're currently seeking a Dutch speaking technical support agent for Microsoft. This remote position is based out of Athens and will allow you to apply your technical expertise in a customer service-oriented environment. Daily duties will include providing support to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new updates and features from Microsoft.
