Hey there! We’re PMI and we’re on the hunt for an Estonian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. We're all about creating an awesome customer experience and we need your language skills and customer service prowess to help us do just that!
Role Description
As our Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our Estonian-speaking customers. You'll handle their queries and concerns via email or phone, help them navigate our website, resolve issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience with our services. You'll also have the opportunity to coordinate with our other teams, helping to improve our overall customer service process. Remember, your voice will be the one our customers associate with PMI, so your role is super important!
