We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Daimler Truck team. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home - or wherever you find yourself in the world!

Role Description

As our Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of Daimler Truck, helping our Finnish-speaking customers navigate their queries. No two days will be the same! You'll be answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats, solving problems and providing information about our products and services. You'll also get to work on special projects to improve our customer service operations. A customer-focused mindset is a must!

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Finnish language skills, plus good English.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
