As a German Customer Service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Your duties will include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with order placement, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure our customers receive accurate and up-to-date information. Working remotely, you will communicate with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and create an excellent customer experience.
