Join Us as a German Customer Support Specialist for a Leading Gaming Company!

Role Description

Are you a gaming enthusiast with a knack for helping others? As a German Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our German-speaking players, ensuring they have the best gaming experience ever! Your daily duties will include assisting customers via email and chat, troubleshooting technical issues, providing game-related advice, and escalating complex cases to higher support levels. No prior experience is needed – we'll provide you with all the training you need to succeed!

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Passion for gaming
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work from home in Greece if the position is remote
