Job Description - Icelandic speaking technical support agent for Google

Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Icelandic speaking technical support agent for Google. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, you will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist customers with their queries. Your role will also involve maintaining a high level of customer service, and staying up-to-date with Google's latest products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Icelandic and English
