Lithuanian Customer Advisor, Retail Sector - Athens (Remote)

Role Description

As a Lithuanian Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our retail sector clients. Your daily duties will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and good command of English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
