Role Description

As a Norwegian speaking Customer Agent, your role will be at the heart of our customer service operations. Working remotely from your home in Greece, you will interact daily with our valuable customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately. Your tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our products and services. No experience is necessary for this entry-level position as full training will be provided.
