Role Description

As a Slovak Customer Service Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers. Your daily duties will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Maintaining records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluency in Slovak language.
