Job Description - Slovak speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services

Role Description:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey with us? We are looking for enthusiastic Slovak speaking Customer Support Representatives for our Transportation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues related to transportation services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our CRM system.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluent in Slovak (both written and spoken).

  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
