Role Description

As a Slovak Speaking Support for Social Media Instant Messaging, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through various social media platforms. Your daily duties will include:

• Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent support and service quality.

Requirements

• Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of English for training purposes.
• Ability to work from home in Greece if the position is remote.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
