Role Description

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advocate for JTI, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support. Your daily duties will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in Athens (no remote position available)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
