Technical Support Specialist Wanted

A leading technology company is looking to expand its technical support team. As a customer service representative youll be the first point of contact for our clients resolving technical challenges and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical inquiries from customers via phone and email.
• Diagnose technical problems and find solutions for our customers.
• Process customer returns and ensure a smooth resolution.
• Assist customers with the installation and setup of our products.

Your Qualifications:

• German C2
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
• Completed technical training or a comparable qualification.
  
• Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Customeroriented and serviceminded approach.
  
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

• Competitive salary of 1300 EUR gross per month monthly performance bonus (up to 10%).
