Restaurant General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Ensure that incoming staff complies with company’s policies
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Provide high quality of products and services in full alignment with the brand standards
• Recruitment, training and development needs of the restaurant
• Attain the financial objectives of the company

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Diploma or Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with leadership skills
