High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Handle reservation book, and monitor daily bookings
• Ensure professional guest service experiences
• Prepare the work station and assist the table setting and other daily duties
• Provide menu suggestions
• Ensure that all the health and safety standards are kept

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in a 5* hotel
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the standards of the hotel brand
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
• Professional behavior
