Room Service Waiter for Costa Navarino Dunes

Costa Navarino Dunes a luxury resort located in Messinia, Greece, is currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Room Service Waiter to join our team.

As a Room Service Waiter at Costa Navarino Dunes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing their overall stay experience. You will ensure that all guest requests are met promptly, and our high service standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders for in-room dining and accurately enter them into the system
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all orders are presented in an attractive and appealing manner
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of orders
• Process payment transactions accurately and securely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Room Service Waiter or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with food and beverage menu items and preparation methods
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

Prior experience as a Room Service Waiter or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
