Job Description & Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will act as main point of contact with the company’s new and existing customers.
• Constant communication with customers via phone calls and development of strong relationships.
• Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions and introduce them to our customer database.
• Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
• Regular reporting of data and analytics.

Experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Other languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Computer literacy & good typing skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Proactive out-reach to new customers.
• Service and marketing minded.
