Job Description - Senior Brand manager

Dreavia is a Swiss Multinational Healthcare Organization, operating since 1986, in the wider healthcare industry. The Group’s key operations include the Research, Development, Production, Branding and International Distribution of Specialized and Daily Nutritional products and solutions, and Specialized and Daily Baby and Personal Care products and solutions for all age and patient groups. Furthermore, the Exclusive Distribution of Healthcare, Nutritional, Cosmetic and Medical Devices Brands, products and solutions for all age and patient groups in various international markets. Last but not least, the Provision of High Quality Healthcare Services, in particular Hemodialysis Services in specific markets.

The Greek subsidiary company, Dreavia Healthcare Hellas, based in Chalandri, Attica, Greece, is seeking to employ the role of a:

Senior Brand manager (Cosmetics)

(Representing a major Multinational Corporation)

Role reports to :                CEO

Location: Field/Office

Role Overview: As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the launch of a leading multinational brand in Greece. Your role includes designing, executing and overseeing the global brand strategy and the development and execution of marketing and sales plans for the skincare product portfolio aimed at driving sales and customer satisfaction. If initially successful, more skincare/cosmetic Brands will be included under the supervision of the executive that will be covering the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the sales and marketing plan for the category.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Periodic analysis of KPIs and insights to refine and track plans (sell-in, sell-out, both own and competitors', and channel-specific KPIs and trends).
  • Identification of potential investment areas, based on consumer needs, usage, and attitudes.
  • Collaboration with agencies for the development of briefs and campaigns (communication, POS, packaging, innovation...).
  • Management and control of the corresponding sales & marketing budget.
  • Responsible for Yearly and Monthly Business Unit P&L
  • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including cosmetic stores and pharmacies.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and market insights to drive product and service improvements.
  • Maintian communication with counterparts of the International Partner(s)
  • Maintain control of product stock, ongoing orders and forecast

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, economics, pharmacy studies) is preferred. Master’s Degree is considered advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Brand/Sales Manager
  • Knowledge of cosmetics industry.
  • Proven experience in managing sales channels in the cosmetics industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving, and demanding environment.
  • Effective communicator and influencer.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek is essential.
  • This is a full time position.
