Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• after-sales client service and property maintenance;
• and communication with clients, coordination of expenses with the owners;
• support of the sold property, ensuring clients issues are resolved quickly;
• & management of contractors and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.);
• after-sales service to clients and maintaining relationships with them, client claims management and responsible for client delivery satisfaction;
• extra goods and services to clients;
• programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction;
• of property (including common areas) for elimination of snags for the purpose of the subsequent delivery of property to clients, leading the snagging process;
• with project managers for extra works required by clients;
• and control of electrical appliances/furniture etc installations included in the specification of the sold property to client satisfaction;
• signing of delivery acts with clients; maintaining clients database;
• coach and develop a team to increase performance and contribute in achieving business goals, motivation of team members;
• the high quality processes in apartment buildings management;
• cost and profit of the department, control payments and financial issues;
• of the necessary reporting to the company management.

Requirements:

• construction and / or economic education
• in after sales and property management operations
• computer user
• permit for Cyprus
• verbal and written English and Russian is a must, Greek is advantage
