Job Description - Senior Sales Manager

This position is responsible for managing the B2b Sales Team of the company’s interacting with industrial partnerships, providing visibility a technical support to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote sales of Photocatalytic materials in Europe, middle-east and beyond
  • Organize and manage a sales team that understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess technical needs and determine system requirements
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Develop and create customer driven products from inception to completion
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
  • Help clients solve problems and develop new products
  • Recommend improved products to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Discuss and understand any certification requirements from the customer
  • Create technical proposals in coordination with Sales
  • Operate as the point of contact in providing technical support and other Technical and Applications Engineering assistance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve problems and provide service

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial, manufacturing sales/R&D environment preferably in Building materials and in particular in powder chemicals fields
  • Bachelor’s degree, Chemical Engineering;/ Physics / Chemistry/ Biology: Master’s and/or MBA / Economics is a must
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills. Able to listen to the customer’s desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions, possibly including customizing a product.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in collaboration with various departments and levels of personnel
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically whenever required
