What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate Service Delivery Specialist to join our team and work on Convert Group’s product suite, our innovative analytics platforms, that delivers eCommerce Market Intelligence to Retailers and Brands in the FMCG industry. The position of Service Delivery Specialist is a key position within the Operations Department, responsible for configuring and delivering our products to our Clients and Partners according to the defined requirements and data need. Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by configuring Convert Group’s products according to client’s contract requirements and scope.
• Managing live clients’ requests (configuration & change requests)
• Troubleshooting and fixing detected data and configuration issues, reported by Clients or Customer Success Team or detected by Service Delivery Team.
• Monitoring defined Data Quality and Integrity SLAs and proceeding to any needed corrective actions.
• Maintaining Data Integrity scores on a weekly basis as defined by our products requirements.
• Delivering well-defined recurring tasks required to maintain the client subscription under the defined specifications and data thresholds
• Establishing process and data flow automations and/or enhancing existing ones to eliminate possible data issues and reduce configuration and live maintenance times.
• Managing and analyzing simple data sets via data queries and spreadsheets.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
