Responsibilities:

*Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
*Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service.
*Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance guest experience and streamline operations.
*Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
*Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
*Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
*Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service staff.
*Uphold brand standards and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
