VACANCY
Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Louis Paphos Breeze as the Service Manager and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the service team, provide guidance, training, and support to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Oversee the restaurants and the bars operation, ensuring impeccable service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards throughout F&B outlets.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that guests may have, as well as any issues that arise within the department.
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure that guests have a seamless experience.
- Report to the hotel management on departmental performance and guest feedback.
- Comply with all company-related service standards and operating procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management software.
- Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
