Service Technician

🖋️You will be reporting to: After sales & Service Director
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform in-house and on-site repairs and maintenance of machines and through his technical expertise provide all the after sales support that customer expects from the brand. More Specifically He/She:

• Perform in-house and on-site repairs.
• Perform in-house and on-site scheduled maintenance of machines.
• Handle repairs under warranty.
• Installation and customer training of new machines.
• Handle technical complains of customers when on-site up to his level.
• Support Sales Dpt. on technical issues.
• Maintain demo fleet in operational status.
• When on site, identifying customer needs and offer solutions by the cross selling of accessories, cleaning agents and other services available (Service Contracts, Replacement machines, Renting machines etc.).
• Perform technical updates to machines (Service Bulletins).
• Reports everything through company’s CRM.
• Participate in technical trainings available.
• Follow the company’s procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Automation etc.)
• At least 2-3 years hands-on experience on machine repairs and maintenance.
• Written and verbal knowledge of English.
• PC literacy (windows, email, office).
• Driving license.
• Easy on communication, sociable, multitasking, self-motivated and basic selling skills.
