Software Developer

We’re looking for backend PHP developers to take part in all stages of the web development life cycle. What You'll Be Doing

• Work on highly-scalable applications with PHP and other technologies
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software
• Analyze product requirements and translating to design specifications
• Work with exciting technologies (Docker, Microservices, Elasticsearch, Redis, PHP 8+, REST APIs & more)

Must Haves What you'll need to be successful:

• 2 years+ of software development experience.
• Experienced in backend language (preferably PHP), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering an asset
• Hands on experience with PHP Frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony etc)
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with large scale web projects
• Knowledge and experience with REST APIs and Web services
• Experience with Git source control
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of JavaScript /NodeJS is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and Linux
