Your main purpose

Mission: As a Sommelier, you will design tailored Wine experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.

Tailored Service:  Create and update the wine list in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager. Advise guests on wines, based on their personal tastes and food choices. Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware.

What will you bring?

Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.

Experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess, or similar role within a bar/restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment

Fluency in English. A good command of another language would be a plus.

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
