Role Description

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for Singapore Airlines, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Spanish-speaking passengers with their inquiries, ticket bookings, and other travel-related requests.
• Providing accurate information regarding flights, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and other airline policies.
• Handling customer complaints or issues with empathy and finding appropriate solutions.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest airline policies and procedures.
