Technical Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical School Graduate or an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Installations or Automations, to join our Technical Support department in the position of Technical Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support & internal product support by phone, emails, and web cases through Salesforce
• Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
• Acquire and transfer product knowledge (wiring instructions, product specific functions) to sales managers and customer.
• Conduct trainings for customers and internal teams in person and virtually
• Work with Technical Support manager to ensure and find solutions to more complex issues

Requirements:

• Any technical background, engineering degree, or Technical school graduate. No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting Salary range between 1500 and 2000 euros per month.
• Extra yearly bonus, Full use of company car and Phone will also be provided.
