Role Description

We are seeking a Dutch Speaking Remote Technical Support Agent to join our team in Athens. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, and you will receive fully paid training to excel in your role. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily duties include addressing customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. You will be expected to deliver timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements
