Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in St. Elias Resort & Waterpark in Protaras as the Waiter/Waitress and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
• Cooperate with all service Team.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
• Make recommendations or share additional information with the guests upon request.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• A Diploma in Hospitality Management will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Exceptional guest service mindset.
• Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using MS Office as well as point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
